Founder Story

Created to close the gap between performance and the human experience of work.

Happiora was born from the realization that organizations often focus on growth, targets, and results while overlooking the human being behind the job title. Over time, this gap shows up in burnout, imbalance, disengagement, and unsustainable leadership patterns.

Our work exists to address that gap. We believe true success is sustainable only when performance and wellbeing grow together, not one at the expense of the other.
